Starting July 22 (Friday) to July 24 (Sunday), pixiv will be holding an exhibition booth at “HYPER JAPAN 2011″, located in London, United Kingdom! (HYPER JAPAN Official Website >>)
“HYPER JAPAN” is an event which is to be held at Olympia Two, London, with the focus on introducing the Japanese pop culture such as Manga, Anime, Game, Fashion and many more.
With the collaboration between pixiv and ICN Gallery (Hexaproject London Limited), this exhibition titled 「ICN×pixiv『200/3,000,000』」 will be exhibiting various illustrations as well as putting them on sale.

ICN Gallery is a gallery run by Hexaproject London Limited. Starting with Pop Culture authors, this gallery’s purpose is expand the today’s culture of Japan. ICN Gallery is scheduled to open on September this year at Shoreditch, London.

In this exhibition, ICN Gallery has selected approximately 200 original works from 「pixiv Festa」’s artist entries for the exhibition as well as making them available for sale. All net income earned from the sales will be donated as charity for the Tohoku Earthquake by the HYPER JAPAN staff.
